Surrounding People Around Real Knowledge dba SPARK is 501(c) 3, faith-based organization established in 2019. SPARK was created ro address he economic, educational and health disparities in improvised communities.
SPARK’s mission is to empower youth and young adults by equipping them with relevant knowledge. SPARK's F.E.W. programs provide an opportunity for students to gain knowledge in financial stewardship, education, and wellness.
Improvised communities are stricken with generational cycles that continue the cycle of poverty, educational underachievement, poor health behaviors and a lack of financial awareness. SPARK is driven to creating transformational change, to make the change we must be intentional on who, where, and how we address the generational patterns.
SPARK’S leaders have firsthand knowledge of the needs in underserved communities. SPARK’S Founder and CEO has over 30 years of working as a community servant. The foundation of the organization is based on giving the youth in under severed communities a fighting chance. Our goal is to ignite them with the zeal to become more than what they have seen or experience.
